Richard Grimmett. “They receive letters of this type on a routine basis and only gave it a cursory look when it first came in,” Grimmett said.

15 August 06 - 12:57Mind Games®

Mind GamesAmerican Mensa has been running a Mensa Mind Games weekend since 1990. Mind Games® is an intense weekend of games playing. Mensans judge and critique board games released in the past year and award the coveted Mensa Select® seal to the top five. Past winners include Trivial Pursuit.

Mind Games® begins on Friday afternoon and ends Sunday morning. Participants, called “Judges,” tend to play around the clock, breaking only for food, drink and sleep. Hospitality is open 24 hours, but it is intended for quick refreshment between games.

Next Years event will be held on April 20-22, 2007 at the Holiday Inn Pittsburgh Airport.
